THE MOST TRUSTED NAME IN COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE!

At Related Holdings Ltd., we’re more than property owners, we’re builders of opportunity. Rooted in Grand Falls-Windsor, we create spaces where local businesses can grow, connect, and belong. Every building we restore, lease, or reimagine adds new energy to our community

Every square foot we lease is designed to help local entrepreneurs, professionals, and creators thrive right here in Newfoundland.

Tenants aren’t numbers to us, they’re partners. We believe in doing the little things right, and the big things with heart.

Through revitalization, innovation, and authentic Newfoundland character, we’re reimagining what local business spaces can be.

We invest in community, not just property. Our buildings are living parts of the town where ideas spark, businesses grow, and neighbours connect.

Find the PERFECT SPACE

Founded in June 1977, by Frank Pardy, Related Holdings Ltd is a Newfoundland owned and operated commercial real estate company.

Related Holdings Ltd began as a family business  and still is.
But over the decades, it’s become something more:

A community of families, a network of local businesses, and a pillar of the Exploits Region’s downtown revival.

Today, under the leadership of Preston Pardy, that same spirit continues rooted in loyalty, trust, and the belief that when one business grows, we all grow.

WHEN LIFE HITS HARD — BUILD SOMETHING STRONGER

After his daughter’s hockey tournament in April 2022, Preston Pardy, a local coach and entrepreneur, came home feeling unusually unwell. What began as a precautionary hospital visit quickly escalated into a medical emergency: Preston had suffered multiple heart attacks.

After a very lengthly delay, 11 days later,  he was rushed from Grand Falls-Windsor to St. John’s for testing. He was told that he needed bypass surgery immediately. After waiting days, cancelled surgery after cancelled surgery, Preston was flown to Ottawa for open-heart surgery. There, doctors performed a triple bypass and repaired a leaky heart valve.

Recovery was anything but easy. With his heart functioning at less than 30%, a defibrillator implanted, and later a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease, most people would have slowed down. But Preston could not.

Unable to lift much more than a paint can, he still spent countless nights at what would become Pardy Central transforming an empty space into a vibrant community hub. His determination paid off. Today, Pardy Central stands as one of Central Newfoundland’s busiest venues, hosting birthdays, team builders, and private events that bring families and athletes together.

But that was just the beginning.

Soon after, Preston took on a challenge that many others had passed over: the old Town Square Mall, a distressed property in downtown Grand Falls-Windsor. Where most saw risk, he saw potential. Through vision and hard work, he transformed it into The High Street Hive, a thriving business and creative hub now home to over a dozen local companies and numerous jobs, helping to breathe new life into the downtown core.

His drive to create opportunity didn’t stop there. Most recently, with his digital marketing background with Gray Press Media Inc, Preston as now launched The Local Advertising Machine, a growing network of digital video screens including the massive 150-inch video wall, the largest in Central Newfoundland. The platform gives small businesses a new way to reach customers while supporting the local economy and strengthening community connections.

Though new projects are already in development, Preston’s story is less about the businesses he’s built and more about the resilience behind them.

His journey is a reminder that setbacks don’t define you, your response does.

For anyone facing illness, loss, or roadblocks of their own, his message is simple:

“If life knocks you down, rebuild. If you’ve got a dream, chase it. You never know who you might inspire, maybe even your own kids watching you refuse to give up.”

Anyone who’s ever been knocked down, told to slow down, or thought their best days were behind them.

If life throws you a setback don’t stop.
If you’ve got a dream go after it.
If you’re tired build anyway, your strength might just become someone else’s hope.
